French for “The Dream”

Le Rêve represents a vision that owner Andrea Nakata had in creating a friendly neighborhood spot. Today, Le Rêve Bakery is a favorite gathering place for Queen Anne locals and anyone seeking fine French pastries and simple fresh food.


Old World Quality

Old world quality means we make all our recipes the traditional way from scratch in small batches every day—including our salad dressings and soups to all our pastries and cakes. It also means we buy our ingredients from local purveyors to ensure we have the season’s freshest, premium ingredients. And we can truly say we serve the finest coffee around ever since Olympia Coffee Roasting Company earned America’s Best Micro Roaster in 2013.


Committed to the Community

From the day we first opened our doors, we’ve been a supporter of the neighborhood—from school fundraisers to local artists, to a variety of not-for-profit organizations serving the community. And, we feel fortunate to be able to give back. We’ve been proud sponsors of many worthwhile organizations, including the Queen Anne Helpline, Swedish Hospital, Wing Luke Museum, UW Business School, Seattle Pacific University, Seattle Prep and the primary schools on Queen Anne hill.
